Description: ‘The New Palace Hotel’ is a small hotel located in the centre of the most crowded city in the world (Cairo!) We are only a few minutes walk from Ramses railway station, the Egyptian museum, the River Nile and shopping centers. There also a lot of movie theatres showing both Egyptians and American movies (English language), famous Egyptian restaurants selling traditional food, MacDonald’s, banks and a lot of cafes where you can drink mint tea and smoke a Shisha pipe! Rooms: There are 32 rooms of varying sizes, 25 of them recently renovated with new mattresses, sheets, soft pillows, some of them with a wooden polish floor the old European style with clean new bathrooms with hot water around the clock and clean towels. These rooms have air-conditioning and 11 of the rooms have balconies. 7 of the rooms come with a shared bathroom and fans. Roof garden terrace: The roof top restaurant serves a variety of Egyptian dishes, drinks, and shisha pipes. This roof terrace has a peaceful and friendly atmosphere. A place to meet fellow travelers and enjoy talking, while looking to the running water fountain. The billiard table is free for our guests. Every week there is a barbecue party. Services: We have an office at the airport to pick up our clients 24 hours/day, just call us on the number on your confirmation email and our shuttle bus will be there. We offer versatile and tailor made tours (at your discretion), transport and collection from airport, trains and bus stations which are highly recommended by a lot of travelers who accepted it. We also provide the sale of international flight tickets, use of the internet cafe, and storage room for luggage. We also offer hot water around the clock, a laundry service, an international telephone call service, clean communal showers and toilets plus helpful and accommodating staff.
