The hotel has 515 rooms, 3 of which are royal suites, 8 are presidential suites, and 12 are ambassador's suites. All rooms have a good size and are in good condition. The bathrooms are comfortable and again extremely clean. All rooms are well-equipped with satellite tv, minibar, telephone, air condition and many of them have balconies.

Situated at the entrance to the town of Fes, the spiritual and cultural capital. The hotel is just few minutes from the city center by taxi.

This hotel is really popular in Fez for its relation quality/price.
